"Plant an Oak Project"

We at Acornatopia want to help environmental groups within Illinois High Schools take an active role in preserving the future of the magnificent Oak.

We are committed to educating our youth on the importance of planting and preserving Oaks for future generations to enjoy. Oaks are a very important link within the food chain for many animals and even humans.

This year we are setting aside up to 500 live white and burr oak acorns for planting by High School environmental groups within Illinois. These acorns will be free of charge and shipped in quantities up to 50 per school. Shipping charges will apply.  For this calendar year it will be first come first serve until the set aside acorn supplies for this program are depleted. We do plan on expanding this program outside of Illinois when time and resources permit. Email Us for Information
